Featuring a dual 18" subwoofer pairing in a bass reflex housing, the DVA S30 packs a muscular, ultra lowfrequency punch. This sub-bass powerhouse is the perfect addition to large PA's.
DVA S30 N sub features a sophisticated hybrid design able to bring together the benefits of bass reflex and horn systems in a compact housing, engineered to render low frequencies with high sound pressure levels. The two baffle boards are arrayed in the form of a V and guide the central bass reflex channel‘s sound energy into the horn's port.
This funneling action is smooth and uniform, greatly increasing its range.
The high-quality multiplex housing is covered in robust black textured lacquer and equipped with eight grips.

The DVA S30 N is powered by a 3000W RMS Class D Digipro G2 amplifier, which provides the necessary power to drive both 18-inch woofers with precision and reliability. The amplifier is equipped with a 3 kW switched-mode power supply (SMPS), ensuring stable performance even in challenging power environments, making the subwoofer ideal for touring applications. The convection cooling system ensures quiet and efficient heat dissipation, allowing the subwoofer to perform consistently during extended periods of high-demand use. With its robust amplifier and innovative design, the DVA S30 N is capable of delivering powerful, distortion-free bass at high volumes, making it an essential component of any large-scale sound system.

The integrated 56-bit DSP processor provides comprehensive control over the DVA S30 N's performance, offering features such as variable crossover frequencies (adjustable from 75 Hz to 120 Hz in 5 Hz steps), precise limiter functions (RMS, Peak, and Thermal), and adjustable delay settings (0-4.5 ms) for perfect time alignment with other speakers in the system. The DSP also includes a preset for configuring cardioid systems, allowing users to reduce low-frequency sound behind the array while focusing bass energy toward the audience. This is especially useful in environments where controlling the dispersion of low frequencies is critical. The system's phase can be inverted (0° or 180°), ensuring proper phase alignment in different configurations, and the X-over output allows for easy integration with satellite speakers or line arrays.

As part of DB Technologies' network-enabled product line, the DVA S30 N is fully RDNet-compatible, allowing for remote control and monitoring via the RDNet network port. This enables users to adjust settings such as EQ, delay, and cardioid presets in real-time, providing maximum flexibility and control in large-scale sound systems. The onboard rotary encoder makes it easy to access and adjust system settings directly on the subwoofer, streamlining setup and configuration processes.
